请求参数

参数名	必选	类型	说明
appid	是	string	鉴权 appid
accesskey	是	string	鉴权 accesskey
taskIdname	是	string	任务Id名称
destnumber	是	string	接收验证码的手机号不需要加国别号码，例如完整号码为：00628123456789，则直接以 8123456789 请求即可。
voicefile	是	string	可以在线访问的录音文件地址
answered_sms_tpl	可选，但不能与 no_answer_sms_tpl 同时为空	string	用户接听使用的短信模板id
no_answer_sms_tpl	可选，但不能与 answered_sms_tpl 同时为空	string	用户未接听使用的短信模板id
start_time	是	string	任务开始时间(北京时间)
