# SMS Platform Operation Manual

# 1. System Login

### 1.1. Login Method

Please enter the platform access address in your browser's address bar: [http://dashboard.infin8linx.com/login](http://dashboard.infin8linx.com/login), to access the login page, as shown below:

### 1.2. Account Login

On the login page, enter your account name, password, and verification code, then click the "Login" button to complete the login process.

# 2. SMS Task Submission

### 2.1. SMS Task Entry

Click the "SMS Task" menu button in the upper left corner of the page to enter the SMS task management interface.

### 2.2. Creating a New Task

On the SMS task interface, click the "Add Task" button to enter the task creation page.

### 2.3. Task Name Setting

Set a clear and identifiable task name for the new task, such as "Business Settlement Notice".

### 2.4. Recipient Number Import
**Important Note**: Before importing numbers, please first obtain the standard template by clicking the "Download Template" button. When filling out the template, please strictly follow the specified format.

Number format requirements: Must include country code, using the format 00+country code+phone number. For example, Indonesian numbers should be: 0062+mobile number.

After completing the template, click the submit button to upload the file.

### 2.5. Sending Time Configuration

The system supports two sending modes:
- Immediate sending: Leave the time field empty, and the system will process the sending immediately after task submission
- Scheduled sending: Select a specific scheduled sending time, and the system will automatically start the sending task at the specified time

### 2.6. Channel Selection and Submission

Select the appropriate sending channel based on the SMS content type:
- OTP verification code SMS: Select accounts ending with "otp"
- Marketing promotion SMS: Select accounts ending with "mkt"

After selection, click the "Submit" button to complete task creation.

# 3. SMS Record

### 3.1. Viewing Sending Status

Click the "Sending Details" menu to enter the sending status query interface. Query sending status through the following methods:
- Check the username and select a date range to view all sending records within the specified time period
- Enter the complete number in the number search box to query the sending status of a single number

### 3.2. Data Export

Click the "Export" button to export the current query results as a file. To export specific types of SMS records (such as OTP verification code SMS), select the corresponding account in the sending channel options before executing the export operation.

# 4. Statistical Analysis

### 4.1. Sending Volume Statistics

Click the "Statistics" menu to enter the data statistics interface. After selecting the username and statistics date, the system will display the following key indicators:
- Total SMS submissions
- Number of successful sends
- Number of failed sends
- Sending success rate
- Account balance status

Through these data, you can comprehensively understand SMS sending effectiveness and account usage.
